    I love cooking with coconut oil -- but I also combine it with doTerra Therapeutic Frankincense oil and use it as a moisturizer -- I am 62 but wrinkle free! Coconut oil from TT rocks!

    I use coconut oil for everything-cooking, skin moisturizing, carrier oil for essential oils. I even feed it to my dog to help combat dry skin!

    There are a zillion recipes you could use coconut oil in! I don't use vegetable oil, so I replace it with coconut oil.
    I love coconut flour pancakes fried in coconut oil.
    I love to mix coconut oil with cocoa or baking chocolate and shredded coconut to make "chocolate candy". Mix in whatever else sounds good like almonds, cinnamon, etc.
    Use it as a skin moisturizer! Great for face and hands. It's even good for a deep hair conditioner, but I wouldn't use the less expensive TT for that.
    I only use the Gold Label for edible purposes. :)
